Mission: To provide affordable housing for handicapped, disabled and elderly persons with facilities and services designed to meet their physical and psychological needs. The corporation was organized as a non-profit entity on march 20, 2000. The corporation entered into an agreement with the department of housing and urban development to acquire an interest in real property located in san antonio, texas, and to construct and operate thereon an apartment complex of 58 units, under section 202 of the national housing act of 1959. Such projects are regulated by hud as to rent charges and operating methods.
