Mission: Nyeei housing company, inc. ("corporation") was incorporated on november 6, 1997 under the not-for-profit corporation law of the state of new york as a title holding affiliate of its sole member, the new york eye and ear infirmary. The infirmary is an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended. To effect its charitable purpose of supporting the infirmary, the corporation holds title to certain real estate property used to provide housing and auxiliary facilities for the infirmary's staff, collects any and all income therefrom and remits the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to the infirmary.
