Mission: The nwhl foundation's primary goals are to: enhance the nwhl's mission and activities; provide funding for hockey education and training women; provide opportunities to increase women's participation in hockey throughout the country; and leverage the sport of hockey to advance the lives of women and teach the core values of hockey: loyalty, sportsmanship, commitment, perseverance and teamwork. Participation is encouraged for all interested individuals without regard to race, color, creed, sex or national origin.
