I attended a charity benefit for Nurturing Dreams Foundation. I was very impressed by the professional nature of the event, its organization and the number of items they had in the various auctions. It was really well done. This organization has its fundraising act together. I can't speak directly to the services provided, but clearly fundraising is a cornerstone to any successful nonprofit. The only criticism I would offer is that promotion of the event did not meet expectations. It is a shame that all the planing and professional presentation of the event did not have the audience to provide the support it deserved.
