Mission: Norwood life care foundation enhances the independence and well being of older adults by supporting the work of norwood crossing association and norwood seniors network association through fund raising activities. Norwood life care foundation also recruits and manages the volunteers for norwood crossing and norwood seniors network.
Programs: As part of the organization's support of norwood crossing association, it operates a thrift and gift shop for the facility. The gift shop also serves the residents of norwood crossing by providing a venue to purchase basic items without leaving the facillity. The thrift shop serves the residents , families and the general community by providing goods at reasonable prices. Both shops are operated entirely by volunteers; thereby also providing volunteer opportunities for both residents and community members.
