Programs: Norwich public library (npl) provides a full range of library services to the residents of norwich, vt. During the year ended june 30, 2015, the library had 3,498 patrons, each of whom had access to the organization's lending library. In addition, npl offered 163 programs to the community. These programs included twice-weekly story telling, "1st wednesdays", author and travel talks and a variety of other programs. In addition, the library also provides local groups with meeting rooms throughout the year.
