Mission: Northwood community was formed to provide a housing alternative for individuals and families who have low to moderate income levels.
Programs: The community currently has 41 tentants who collectively own shares in the community. The tenants are low to moderate-income individuals who would not be able to afford their own housing with out the assistance of the corporation.
