Mission: Provide full range of behavioral health services to its member counties to: a)prevent the emergence of mental health problems; b)provide early intervention to limit the impact of problems; and c) treat serious mental health problems to reduce or eliminate long-term difficulties or dysfunction for individuals and families.

outpatient mental health services to patients in a six county region of northwestern minnesota. Service was provided to 1,880 clients in 2016, which includes the chemical health program of 130 clients.
family services program. The objective of this program is to provide services to children and families that will reduce the number of out-of-home placements and bring about more permanent changes in their lives that will allow them to function more effectively. 492 children and families were served. 241 children served in summer programs. 128 children, age 0 to 5, and families were served in early childhood programs.
