Mission: Central dupage physician group (cdpg) strives to deliver quality, cost-efficient health care services to the community and to coordinate, develop and support quality patient care in primary care practice sites and select specialties for the benefit of the community.
Programs: Central dupage physician group (cdpg) provides primary and specialty medical care and patient education through 312,128 patient visits at physician offices located throughout the community. In addition, cdpg physicians serve as hospitalists at central dupage hospital (a related organization) and provided 105,740 patient visits. Cdpg also offers a homecare physician program which provided 4,786 physician house calls to the homebound in our community. Despite the fact that costs for this program exceeded revenues by $747,000, cdpg believes that this program provides a vital service to members of our community.
