Causes: Crime & Law, Dispute Resolution & Mediation
Mission: Our goal is to provide premier representation and litigation services for low and moderate income consumers who have limited or no access to justice and ensure that washington state consumers have the knowledge and resources to protect their rights.
Programs: Home justice program - approximately 430 persons were provided with pre and/or post-foreclosure assistance including foreclosure litigation, foreclosure mediation, post-foreclosure eviction representation, bankruptcy to qualify the homeowner for modification, bankruptcy to discharge deficiencies on second mortgages.
student loan program - prepare brochures to educate potential students about student loan options and pitfalls.
