Mission: Northwest Autism Center is the only organization in our region dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorders in our region. Inland Northwest families struggle to obtain adequate local services from a fragmented system of provision.

Programs: Provide awareness, education and information concerning autism disorders to vested parties, including: parents, educators and health care providers. Information is provided orally and in printed form, including: books, pamphlets and electronic means.
domino project - provides early learning services for up to 9 students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and 9 typically developing students. The school is to develop and provide best practice procedures in treatment and education of students with autism spectrum disorders.
center of excellence - provides intensive applied behavior analysis (aba) treatment for children ages 2 through 5 in compliance health care authority guidelines and regulations. Clinic sessions are 3 hours per day, 4 days per week and provide for 48 treatment days per child. Each child enrolled receives a thorough evaluation and individualized service plan prior to initiating sevices. Clinic components include a minimum of three hours a week of caregriver education and training, comprehensive care coordination, embedded speech and language services, as well as extensive transition planning and services. The clinic also provides hands-on supervised training opportunities for those seeking board certification in aba.
