Mission: To improve the quality of life for those infected and affected by hiv/aids through care and education in the communities we serve.
Programs: Ryan white part b encompasses both medical outpatient as well as supportive services. Medical outpatient services include physician care, physician referrals, lab work, and other associated professional services. Supportive services provides case managers who assist clients with services such as emergency housing and medication, mental health, food assistance, transportation, etc. All services offered under this grant are subject to the financial and residency status set forth in the terms of the grant.

the 340b pharmacy program allows clients to receive medications through a pharmacy that partners with northland cares, thereby offering personalized services such as home delivery, pharmacy consult, and reduced copayments.
