NVCSS truly lives up to their promise to serve the whole community with love and care. We recently met a single teen mom with her happy and playful 6- month old baby at a neighborhood party. She shared with us that at one point she was pressured by family to give up her little girl to foster care or placed for adoption. She desperately needed social services and was referred to NVCSS and entered their Baby Steps program. She and her baby received wonderful supportive counseling along with help to face challenges. Baby Steps program gave her the confidence she needed to become a secure and positive parent. Mom is happily raising Emmy and thanks to NVCSS continues to move forward to build a strong future for she and her daughter. I am proud to say I just donated to this program and I found out for nearly 30 years they continue to provide a variety of social service programs to benefit the whole community, all ages, and without regard to religion. Thank you NVCSS!
