Programs: Advocacy: NCTCC has partnered with Rural Human Services and member Tribes to develop Tribal Court forms and training for victim advocates.
domestic abuse prevention: NCTCC has developed regional Domestic Abuse Prevention Access Centers in Smith River, Crescent City, Hoopa Valley, Weitchpec, and Orleans, California and developed a dedicated regional Tribal Domestic Violence Court and Cultural Batterer Intervention Program. NCTCC maintains an Appellate Court that hears appeals from its six member Tribes: Karuk Tribe, Hoopa Valley Tribe, Yurok Tribe, Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation, Trinidad Rancheria, and Bear River Band of the Rohnerville Rancheria.
