Mission: North woods community health center provides quality primary health care to improve the health of all people in the communities we serve, regardless of their ability to pay.
Programs: Medical and dental services are provided for members and nonmembers of the cooperative for the eleven month period ending april 30, 2013. There were 21,763 patient visits. Clinics are located in hayward & minong, wisconsin. Medical, dental, and mental health services are provided to people with and without health insurance. A sliding fee scale makes it possible for low income people to receive affordable health care in northwestern wisconsin.
