Mission: To sustain a healthy, stable environment that makes available to the children of the North Roseville neighborhood a Community Center that provides Recreational, Educational & Creative activities as well as referral assistance in obtaining social services at no cost in a positive atmosphere that will allow disadvantaged at-risk youth to reach their full potential. In doing so, we create a positive impact on their lives now, and for their future.
