The North End Music and Performing Arts Center (or NEMPAC as they are known) has been serving Boston and Charlestown with accessible and innovative arts programming for 20 years. They offer a large amount of scholarships to enable private instruction for many students every year, and also have a professional performance series that runs the length of the year featuring world-renowned musicians. They are an asset to Arts education and performance in Boston, and have a fantastic faculty able to instruct all levels and ages in a variety of music, dance, and theatre offerings. Their annual professional opera performance has been praised by the Boston Globe, the Boston Musical Intelligencer, and Nationally on Opera WIre as a "Must See" company.
