Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: To provide for the economic development of the north east community through the support of its retail, manufacturing, service and tourism businesses.
Programs: The chamber continues its promotion of the north east area as a tourist destination by facilitating the "wine festival. " "the "wine festival" brings in thousands of people to the area, who spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in local retail outlets and eateries. Additionally, the chamber's retail, government/community affairs and industrial divisions meet and reach out to local businesses, governments and residents to promote the communities current businesses and developing the proper environment for attracting new ones. The chamber's newsletter keeps the community aware of all the events happening in the area and any changes that might occur in local businesses.
