Causes: Agricultural Programs, Food
Mission: Providing for the promotion of local agriculture and public education regarding the importance of eating healthful, seasonal and local foods by working with over 100 local farms in humboldt county & providing five certified farmers' markets.
Programs: Each year the north coast grower's association donates approximately 90,000 lbs of fresh produce to the food bank, the open door clinic and big brothers as well as numerous other charitable organizations.
