Causes: Automotive Safety, Disaster Aid
Mission: Promote safety and health by providing programs, resource services and educational materials to prevent or reduce both the personal and economic loss associated with injuries, accidents and health hazards occurring throughout the north central florida area.
Programs: Driving under the influence (dui) - state programs for individuals convicted of dui offenses.
occupational health and safety - programs include first aide, cpr, principles of safety, and other courses offered to businesses and the general public. The north central florida safety council also participates in and promotes various community and safety program and initiatives.
driving improvement programs - programs include basic and defensive driving courses, hands-on driving instruction, and motion-of-traffic programs.
