Programs: Ncemsi receives income from individuals, corporations, and governments. Its efforts are primarily concentrated in research, benchmarking, education, performance of ems systems and fostering collaboration among national and international groups. Ncemsi is the main sponsor of the international roundtable on community para medicine (ircp). The 13th annual ircp meeting was held in warwickshire, england, in february 2017. In 2008, ncemsi copyrighted a "community paramedic" curriculum that was developed in collaboration with universities in the us, canada and australia. The curriculum is provided free of charge to any accredited college or university worldwide. The curriculum is currently in version 3, which was released in may 2012. In fall 2011 we released the "community paramedic program manual", a guide for communities and ambulance services to use in developing a community paramedic program. The manual has been downloaded from the internet an average of five times per day, every day, since october 17,2011. We have committed funding to assist in creating an update to the current curriculum with an anticipated release in 2017.
