Mission: Nfi vermont is a provider of mental health and specialized educational service to children, youth and their families.
Programs: Nfi vermont provided educational services to children and youth grades 1-12 to assist with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Services provided were group therapy, intensive home-school coordination, clinical case management, academic and vocational programming, family therapy and support.
nfi vermont provided intensive wraparound services to children and families at home and in therapeutic foster homes. The wraparound process is a coordinated process that is designed to help children and families with complex needs involved with multiple providers improve their lives. Typical services include service coordination, community supports, individual and family therapy, group therapy, medication management and foster care respite.
nfi vermont provided intensive residential treatment to youth who struggle with severe mental health and behavioral issues. Youth come to our program after struggling at home, in foster homes or residential programs. Typical services include milieu treatment, individual, group and family therapy, crisis response, case management and community reintegration.
