Nonprofits First has not responded at all within 28 calendar days regarding my enquiry about a nominee for the 2022 Hats Off Awards being the CEO of Herizon where this CEO threatened me with legal action regarding my respectful critique on a Herizon grant to Futures Without Violence for its Coaching Boys Into Men program where according to correspondence I have received, Futures is not willing to tailor its programs for people with autism and other special needs.
Since some people with autism may disagree with certain messages in such programs, such tailoring can make these programs even more effective by catering for a special audience and can even enhance autism awareness.

Programs: Information technology services are critical to the success of our partner nonprofit organizations. Nonprofits first offers affordable information management and technology support to over 600 nonprofit users, creating opportunities and efficiencies for them to maximize their potential in serving thousands of clients. Financial management services helped nonprofit organizations develop the internal structure necessary to ensure financial transparency and accountability. Services provided include: assistance with developing and improving organization accounting structure; developing and updating financial systems, policies and procedures; creating financial reports; human resources capacity building; and bookkeeping. Financial management services were provided to 12 plus organizations in the fiscal year ending june 30, 2014.
the gobuild program, fully funded by the childrens services council of palm beach county (csc), offers a package of capacity-building support to csc-funded agencies certified by nonprofits first. In fy 2013-2014, gobuild provided no-cost access to training opportunities, management and technical support, and consulting services to thirty-six local agencies.
certification strengthens the operational capacity of nonprofit organizations, allowing nonprofits to identify and over-come administrative challenges, engage in fiscal analysis that evaluates financial trends, and demonstrate accountability to funders, public and private donors, and other community stakeholders. The certification process is based on adherence to and compliance with over 300 standards in the areas of administration, governance, human resources and volunteer management, risk management, fundraising, and financial management. In 2013, nonprofits first "certified" more than 80 nonprofit organizations.
