I was looking for a rescue dog to be a friend to my rescue adopted dog, Daisy. Daisy and i needed a dog for her to play with.. I was told No Time To Spare was a good shelter for rescue.
I went there and was greeted in a very friendly manner. I explained my situation that I had lost my older dog and was now ready for another rescue for my sake as well as for Daisy.
I was advised to get a male dog as that was thought to be the best for my female dog.
So I was told there is a black puppy that was thought to work out well. I was not wanting a black dog, however, I decided to take the advice and take a look at the puppy. Daisy was with me, so she could meet the puppy.
To my amazement the puppy turned out to seem to be perfect..So, I adopted him.
As
The puppy is no 6 months old And has worked out perfect. Daisy has taken over the love for this puppy, as well as have I. All is well, so far, and I do not expect any problems. And if there are problems, I will deal with it, as I would never give him up..
Thank you to No Time to Spare for taking the time with me and Daisy to find the perfect rescue dog.
Sincerely,
Barbara J Boltz
A year ago, Christine was relentless in her mission to rescue 27 dogs from a horrific situation in a single wide trailer.
Because of her dedication and perseverance, I have been blessed with the unconditional love of my dog Buttons.
Without her compassion, my dog and 26 others would not be alive today.
I applaud the dedication of the folks from No Time To Spare with their efforts to nuture these dogs back to health, and giving them a second chance at life.
I am a 72-year-old man with no family. I am housebound and therefore I don't have any friends either. No Time to Spare Animal Rescue provided me with the most wonderful friend and companion that anyone could ask for. She is a very loving cat that has added so much to my life. She has made life worth continuing. She has filled my heart with a love that I could never repay. To say she saved my life is no exaggeration. Thank you, No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary.
No Time To Spare Animal Rescue And Sanctuary does epic work with all the animals they rescue and shelter until they find a worthy adopter. My little girl Gretchen is just one such example. She’s a happy girl!

We found our puppy at No TIme TO Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary while visiting PetSmart. He was the last of 7 puppies that had been rescued during a very cold December night in 2017. I truly believe the last one was the best! He is so smart and well-behaved and he loves his life on our 10 acre property. Interactions with the NTSAR reflect their true care and love of the pets they have for adoption. I would highly recommend this shelter if you are looking for a rescue pet. Don't buy, ADOPT!
I adopted my baby boys from here! The process was quick and easy, they got sent home with medicine for one and a free follow up with the vet!
They've now been home for 18 months and are thriving! I just wish I would've thought to ask for my name to be shared with those that adopted the others from the litter so we could have play dates
We love No Time To Spare!
We have a 6 y/o pitbull/beagle mix, and a 1 y/o red pit mix we rescued from here. Our dogs are GREAT additions to our family. Our family and friends have also rescued puppies/dogs from here after we had such a great experience. When we were adopting our first dog, we were able to come see her when she was too young to come home yet. Thanks for all you do!
I've been volunteering with No Time To Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary for about 4 years and 3 years I have been fostering cats and kittens. Which is tremendously needed in our area. Just in my house alone I have had over a 100 cats/kittens that I've helped get healthy ready for their forever loving home. I am a stepping stone I help in any way I can. I also help cleaning doing fundraising events, we also help a local unhoused center that is pet friendly there's over 12 pets that stay there 11 of them are dogs and they're owned by veterans we help in any way we can if there's any health issues. We tried to address this health issues in any way we can.
NTTS staff were courteous and helpful in my search for my next companion. I have had 2 rescue dogs prior. I thought it would be good timing to get a puppy as I was working from home during the pandemic. NTTS explained some basic puppy care and needs. Then they shared Miss Lucy, now Miss Bacardi, with me. Instant connection to my heart! I believe staff estimated she’d be about 65-80lbs. I am so happy with my 75 lbs lab-shepherd-boxer mix. Miss Bacardi is so gentle, smart, active, knows she is cute, but doesn’t know how big she is. I love my baby girl , now 2.5 years young. Thanks NTTS !
We were introduced to NTTS by a friend who volunteers there. After the loss of our nearly 19 yo terrier mix, that friend brought me to the shelter, where I met Luna. I was hesitant about bringing a young, large and lively girl into our home (with a grumpy but beloved senior male) but Carol and her team were so helpful with advice, tips and connection to a great trainer. The 1st months indeed weren’t easy but NTTS hung in there with us through every up and down. It’s now been about 7 months and we can’t imagine life without out sweet “Luna -Tuna.” 2 pieces of advice: if you’re considering a new fur baby, go see NTTS. If you’re not ready for a new pet at this time, send them a donation- so they can keep saving animals for others to love!
I've been a donor supporter of this shelter for several years and this year I became a client by adopting one of the Warren County hoarder pups. The love and care they gave these precious animals was above and beyond just a rescue. The care and backup support is un-measurable
If you’re looking to adopt a new fury friend in Warren county this is the place to go! 2.5 years ago we adopted our boy Buck and a year later we adopted his brother Beau and they are both amazing additions to our family. The rescue was amazing to work with, Buck and Beau were able to have a meet and greet at the rescue and the workers and us knew it was a match to be. Furever thankful NTTS brought these boys into our life
No Time To Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is the only rescue that is no kill and a non-profit in my area. They have incredibly clean kennels and all the volunteers love on these dogs and pups. They are all very well taken care of. I have started volunteering there and it is so rewarding! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to add a family member! Below are 2 of my adopted fur babies!! I love them to the moon and back x 100!!
