As known by its name NOLB has been putting all the efforts to make sure no one is left behind! Thanks for the great help, really appreciate it
I am a Veteran who is very willing to go to Afghanistan with my team. We have our own equipment and want no money to recover the Americans from Kabul Afghanistan.
I have sent an email, but have not received any response. i have come from afghanistan to the USA through SIV.
Its now 6:00 PM looking the scene of sunset and reminding the days of happy moments of life. I didn’t know that the charming days of my life will soon pass. Offices were full of employees, markets were full of people, rush and crowds everywhere in Kabul. People around me looks weird and i feel like they all hopeless and anxious. No body knows what brings tomorrow but the word optimism diminished and left with darkness. I assisted the US Government mission from last 5 years for the hope that i will raise my family in a country where people give priority to peace. Its been almost a year that i applied for Special Immigrant Visa and still my case is in review with US Embassy. The US evacuated people whose didn’t work for on behalf of the US Government and we all left behind. These difficult days of our lives shall too pass.
Hello I need help I have worked with US Army for 4 years in Kandahar airfield and also in many bases I have received threats from Taliban before Taliban also killed my brother my life is also in danger Taliban government I came to Pakistan, my family is in Afghanistan, I am hiding in Pakistan, my life is in danger here too, if the government finds out here, they will send me back to Afghanistan and there is a Taliban government there
These men and women of No One Left Behind are so inspiring in their devotion to honoring their personal - and our government’s- pledge to help those who helped us. Their hard work to get interpreters and others who supported the US effort in Afghanistan to safety is incredible. You can raise money to support them on Facebook as a personal cause. I highly recommend it.
I am in Prosecutor in Nangarhar Povince, I have been working here for a long time. So now the Taliban takeover our country. Actually, I am and my family can’t live here at this moment and also i have a NDS letter in which they write you should go aboard.
In addition, my life and my family life is endangered. I need to political asylum in o, I need urgent help. Because now my relative and neighbor figure out my activities and knowing me that I am in intelligence department. Few times the Taliban force threaten me and my family that the will not leave me to tranquil life, they informed me that you and your family will be killed.
At this time I want from your honor embassy that please help me and give me political asylum.
I will keenly waiting for your urgent and positive response.

Do you have recommendations or is it too late.
We know some who are now in Pakistan, applying for SIV. Any recommendations appreciated.
The no one left behind help me with nothing last year I got lay off from work and I asked for help, actually you guys helped a lot of people but I didn’t received anything from you I was jobless for a couple months I thought I will get something but unfortunately I didn’t got anything from you. I owe money from bank to support myself and my family.
I feel this grass roots organization has been standing up from day one for those who partnered with us in Afghanistan. They called attention to the issue when few were doing that. They are playing a positive role in supporting settlement which will be the key in the future.
These folks are doing what we as a country have always promised ( but are just now failing ) to do. They are doing what is right. If you can help even the littlest bit, it will matter.
May God watch over and Bless Everyone . NOLB is a Blessing from one human to another .
No One should ever live in fear for themselves and their families .
Incredible that this group is Saving the people who saved our great military heroes. Afghanistan withdrawal disaster. Thank you for stepping up to do what our military does! Thank you for your service.
Phenomenal organization helping bring our interpreters and other US armed forces' supporters back home and to seek refuge! We owe them our lives.
The first few days after the fall of Kabul, I was sad beyond belief. I have family members who served in the military in Afghanistan. I have a friend who lost his son (Army) in Afghanistan. Our military are so thankful for the Afghan civilians who helped in so many ways in the fight for freedom - risking their lives to do so. They should never have been left behind. All I could think was "how can I help them?". Then a miracle happened. I saw John James (former U. S. Senate candidate and military veteran) on TV. He spoke of No One Left Behind. I sent a check that same day. It gives me so much hope and faith in our country to know that a veteran founded charity like this is there. Ready and able to do the impossible - and honor the military creed of never leaving a brother in arms. You have my continuing support and many prayers of thanks. God Bless you!! A truly fine charity.
You are all heroes. God bless you and all the men, women and children desperate to be saved from the Taliban. I watched Kite Runner last night and cried all the way through. My heart is with the Afghan people.
I have never seen a more valiant effort that is fighting for the rescue of our Afghan allies. Giving me hope for our future.
Your organization is very useful for all of us, but the process of the US embassy is very slow. I'm very worried about what will happen to this bad situation
In the case that I filled out all the forms and provided my address
I am thrilled to find these charity.
I am greatly saddened by the events in Afghanistan although I do not blame any particular party other than the Taliban.
This is a no win situation but I believe No One Left Behind can help those who do make it out.
My son's interpreter not only bravely fulfilled his commitment to work as an interpreter he also put himself in harm's way multiple times protecting my son and the other soldiers he served with. He arrived in the US under SIV and has become a US citizen. His wife was instructed by the US embassy to come to Kabul and make her way to the airport. She is still an Afghan citizen but has the correct paperwork. She has been trapped in the chaos for 5 days now and is becoming very discouraged. I asked my son, "are _ and his wife worth all of this?" his reply to me was "absolutely" followed by stories and tears. Thank you for keeping up the fight - it is worth it, for the sake of those we made promises to, for the sake of those who protected our sons and daughters, for the sake of the veterans who are now pulled into the middle of this on a minute by minute basis. The cause is worthy!
I know an Afghan family here in New Your State who are trying everything they can to get a brother with his wife and two daughters and their sister out. They are all at the gate with proper paperwork and have been there for many days. No One Left Behind has helped insure that they are on the list to be called to the gate.
The oldest brother talked to Fox News about the situation.
During this time when caring American Citizens are in anguish over the situation in Kabul, and especially the danger that our Afghan allies who helped us are in, and feeling extremely helpless to do anything about it, I'm grateful to have found this organization that allows me to at least help some of our Afghan allies who do make it out to be able to have the help they need to start a life here in America. Our government made a promise to these people, and as a citizen, I'm embarrassed and horrified by how our government has handled the U.S. troop withdrawal in Afghanistan which has put wonderful human beings who offered their hospitality and help to our soldiers in danger of being hunted and murdered. We owe our Afghan allies so much, and I'm grateful that I can do something for them.
I am a retired Coast Guard officer who spent 21 years on combined active and reserve service. I watched helplessly as our country abandoned our Vietnamese allies. I learned about NOLB from its internet solicitations and became a donor using both my IRA account and the monthly donation program. Just watching the news and learning that allies such as Germany, France and the UK have gone out and freed their interpreters and their families while our forces are not allowed to leave their compound makes the efforts of NOLB all the more valuable.
I encourage everyone to donate as much as they can to this worthy cause.
You are an inspiration to those of us who watch during these terrible times. We thank you for pushing those in power to hold true to our Moral obligation to those who have supported and been essentail to American Service Members on the ground and in harms way. We thank you for your tireless efforts to save these Afghani people from terrible retribution. We hold all of you in our hearts as you complete your mission Enduring Freedon.
They’re doing incredibly important, crucial, timely work and deserve all of our gratitude, donations, prayers and support. Go donate now!
These folks save lives. Are professional, do it for very little recognition. 5/5 stars!
I have been heartsick over the Iraqi and Afghani allies we have abandoned. Thank God I found this organization after hearing Matt Zeller speak. There is something I can do to help save the lives of the Afghanis who put their own lives, and those of their families, at risk to help our soldiers. They trusted us to be honorable. I also fear that the number of suicides by our veterans -- an appalling high number -- will greatly increase if we abandon these people. But, this organization is fighting the good fight and refuses to abandon our allies. How honorable it is to save these innocents from torture and death.
For many years I’ve followed this nonprofit as it worked to bring Afghan interpreters out of harm’s way. It’s a cause close to my heart as an OEF veteran who owes her life to the work of Afghan interpreters. I’m sure this nonprofit never imagined the things happening the way they are today. This group is exhausted, working around the clock, and in need of our support now more than ever. They are experienced and passionate about their mission to leave no one behind who helped us. They are the real deal and have been dedicated to and vocal about this mission for years. Let’s get behind them.
A moral obligation, we must remain loyal to those who remained loyal to us.
This organization has integrity; honors and respects the men, women, and families they serve. They do not loose sight of their mission...no one left behind.
Non-profit staffed by tireless volunteers who willing share their expertise with those who need it most. I’m proud to be a monthly contributor and appreciate the efforts they’ve long been making to help our allies.
They do needed and good work and are transparent, you can check for yourself.
They are fiercely fighting for the safety of our Afghan allies and translators who fought beside the US military and have sacrifice everything over the many years!
No One Left Behind has worked for many years and different administrations with one mission: to keep America's promise to those who helped American servicemen and women in Afghanistan and Iraq as interpreters in a foreign land. Over time, this has grown to include assistance for those who are able to reach America, such as vehicles, home goods, and health needs. They were the first to warn of the need to provide visas for the interpreters and their families and I pray they can continue to have success.
We are praying every day. Everyone I know is praying for you. May you mount up on the wings of eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint. Tomorrow has been designated by Franklin Graham - Samaritans Purse as a National Day of Prayer for Afganistan. Thousands around the country and the world, are praying for you! I am sending a donation today. Do not be afraid. Do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God goes with you in this battle!
Tireless advocates for those in need, with values that shine through in every action. I am so stunned by their compassion, their constant help and giving and advocacy!
This team of people represent the best of us, the best of America. I couldn’t be prouder of this group for their noble work and nonstop work ethic. If you work with them, they will not give up. They are willing to sacrifice sleep, money, time, and connections in order to make sure they help others.
The last bit of sanity, leadership, and humanity in the entire country. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not giving up.
These guys have put in HELLA work over the last few days with the Afghanistan airlift situation. I’ve been following the entire thing since it started at the airport and all the guys involved in this charity have been insanely active in the real world and on social media trying to get SIVs and their families safely out. This is one of those charities you can donate to and sleep soundly at night knowing your dollars are making a real difference.
I have seen how the NOLB organization tirelessly helped thousands of allied interpreters. Their dedication to ensure no one is left behind is unprecedented.
No One Left Behind IS EXACTLY what their name says….this organization is on the ground helping, but all I can do is PRAY & DONATE to help…..carry on.
Thank you for your time and effort to help no one left behind
Great organization, truly lifesaving in this time of need.
As Kabul fell, like so many others, I watched events unfold with all the reporting, analysis, and interviews. One of the interviews was with former Captain Matt Zeller, a co-founder of 'No None Left Behind.' I listened to him tell his story of how in 2008, his life was saved by his interpreter Janis Shinwari. In 2014, Captain Zeller was able to help get Shinwari to the States. $35,000 was raised to help Shinwari start over. Instead of using that money for himself he used it to help start this organization with Captain Zeller. Upon investigation, on my part, I found that from the Advisory Board, to the Board of Directors, to the Afghans who are heavily involved, that this is an efficient not for profit with one singular purpose in getting those people and their families who helped us out. I wish I was able to do more than just right checks. For me this is very personal. Our involvement starts with the events of September 11, 2001. I was near the World Trade Center when the attacks happened. As an ironworker by my former vocation, I was on site that night. So much is burnt into my memory. Today, I fully understand that as wounded as we were (and still are) by this act of terrorism and mass murder, that the Afghan people suffered greatly as well. If there can be any saving grace from 20 years of well intentions laden with so missteps and political screwups, it's to save the lives of the people that put everything on the line to help us. I am fully confident that like the Vietnamese refugees before them, that they will make good citizens, compatriots, Americans. This is our Dunkirk moment as a nation/ Let's get this right.
One of the finest and hard working non profit organization over the years now, keep doing the great humanitarian work folks.!
Currently, the ONLY ORGANIZATION I know of that is actively helping our Afghan Allies, fellow interpreters, and their families!! - Coming from someone who is getting those pleas and cries for help to “please save my life and the lives of my children.”
I am extremely thankful to Matt Zeller for his hard work and dedication to bring all troops home from Afghanistan.
A family member of lives in New York. Thanks to no one left behind to pave the ground for his save travel. I am also a need of urgent evacuation and received support 24 hours. God bless you all.
They are very dedicated to the cause and work tirelessly toward their goal of honoring the commitment our country made to the interpreters.
I've been following NOLB and they have been steadfast in helping our allies. Interpreters come to them in desperation, full of anger and fear, and they calmly, empathetically, and indefatigably assist. Their resolve is deeply inspiring.
This organization speaks for all the Afghan War veterans that saw firsthand the honor and loyalty of Afghans.... This org is amazing in spreading the latest information and advocating for Afghan interpreters... keep up the great and amazing work, you help changed people lives
