I had the opportunity to work with NextOp Veterans as a volunteer. It was nice to see what a non-profit does behind the scenes. I can honestly say that NextOp goes the extra mile for veterans who are seeking employment. The best part about them was that NextOp was placing veterans into careers and not just another temp job.

Mission: NextOp recruits, develops, and places high-performing middle-enlisted military leaders into Industry careers.
Results: Since 2015, NextOp has placed over 3,500 veterans into high quality careers in a variety of industries. The population we serve suffers from chronic underemployment, but with our individualized help, they are earning average starting salaries 60% higher than the median income for veterans in their demographic.
