Mission: The mission of newton services foundation is the pursuit of the following principles: commitment: newton wants to inspire pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and instill a sense of hope in the future. Responsibility: the focus of newton is to empower people in establishing goals and following through on commitments. Possibility: newton wants to expand the perspective of people to make them aware of life's possibilities. Support: an individual is dramatically influenced by their support system. Wants to surround people in a caring, inclusive learning environment.
Programs: Wrap around services that lower the percentage of barriers for gainful employement of emplyees. (in progress with our first beta customer)contract labor model using our non-profit onboarding process. Lowering the attrition rate for customers and at the employee level by training and teaching how to be a productive employee.
