Mission: To provide quality and compassionate nursing, therapeutic and hospice care to families in our communities.
Programs: Home care - provides acute home health care services to patients who can be cared for at home - and promotes and maintains community health through counseling, disease detection and health education. Hospice care - provides physical, emotional and spiritual end-of-life care to terminally ill patients and support for caregivers and family members. Hospice care neither hastens nor prolongs death, but rather affirms life, through compassionate quality care.
