I feel the need to respond to the eviscerating and defaming review of Tony, a Highbridge Park worker. Tony has dedicated many years of his life working to improve the plant and wildlife biodiversity of Highbridge.
Whoever wrote that review has a stick up where the sun don't shine and need not make a public review on someone they don't know, doing work they obviously know nothing about.
The people who donate to the New York Restoration Project need to be aware of the harassment of you staff, specifically TONY the Highbridge park supervisor. We have witnessed Tony purposely destroy the animal habitat in highbridge Park. We have seen him try to run over ground hogs, cats and any animal in the park. Someone dumped a live chicken in high bridge and Tony physically kicked it out of the park and onto Amsterdam ave. Tony has thrown pitch forks, shovels and turned his leaf blower on the animals and on people if they tell him to stop. He has on multiple occasions said he will "make sure there are no animals left in Highbridge" and "you whores complain all want, you don't belong here anyway." This is why there are no volunteers in Highbridge, because Tony harassed and chase us all out. The staff has even apologized to many of us, but are to afraid they will lose thier jobs if they come forward. We have made many complaints, but it all falls on deaf ears. The park goers in Washigton heights need help. Tony is a sadistic man and should not be allowed near animals or the wilderness.
