Mission: To foster networking and exchanging of ideas among new york city area hotel concierges while working to enhance the new york city experience for guests and other visitors.
Programs: In 2017 new york city association of hotel concierges functioned as an association of professional concierges of hotels located in the metropolitan area of new york city. We established and promoted high professional and ethical standards. We coordinated, promoted, and assisted the activities and interests of concierges. We fostered friendship and communication among concierges in new yrk city, the united states, and throughout the world. In addition, we supported our members who were in crisis through our crisis fund which is intended to support our members who are experiencing financial hardship due to temporary loss of job, income, involuntary separation or death in the family.
