Causes: Disaster Aid, Search & Rescue Squads
Mission: Provide ambulance service to the region.
Programs: Provided ambulance and emergency medical services to pennington county, meade country, and custer county through may 26, 2011. Effective that date, the state of south dakota shut us down because were were unable to retain sufficient ems volunteer personnel to provide service 24/7. We are in the process of developing revised operation plans for providing ambulance and emergency medical services and hope to have them in place in the near future.
