Mission: The organizations primary mission is to provide culturally sensitive programs and services creating a pan-asian community that advocates for and supports itself.
Programs: The organizations staff works to help clients access community and government services through culturally and linquistically appropriate programming. During the year, the organization provided resources, referrals, case management, counseling, legal advocacy, and legal representation (total 389 services)to approximately 143 clients primarily living in bernalillo co, nm. Also 3419 clients received general outreach services and 1737 clients received media outreach services. Most clients served were of southeast or east asian descent. However, services were provided to clients from south asia, the middle east, and russia as well. In addition to direct services, the organizations staff provides outreach and education including presentations to mainstream service providers, participation in asian community events and community engagement efforts to bring awareness of the organization and the work it does.
