Mission: New horizons is a psychosocial rehabilitation center for mental health clients. Our mission is to empower people to achieve desired goals through skill building that promotes cognitive, interpersonal, and emotional growth, and equips them to successfully face the challenges.
Programs: Over half of our clients have moved into independent living and are able to work or go back to school to function independently.
