My wife and I brought a group of teens and adults to New Hope to help them work on their building and some of their programs while we were in Anchorage. It was amazing! They really care about ministering to the people with needs in their area and really went a long way to make sure that we always interacted with people that are currently less fortunate in a way that expresses dignity and love. We did a lot of work and in a bunch of different ways. However, our teens did not complain or slow down because I believe they were able to feel the passion of the staff at New Hope and share the joy of the efforts. I will return someday and continue to support this non-profit!
