Mission: The reason for New Hope Ranch/New Hope Lifestyles, Inc. is, "As parents of a mentally retarded child get older, the question is, "What will happen to my child when I am unable to provide care?" It is estimated that three percent of our population is mentally retarded. Estimations of waiting lists to homes like NHR are 100,000 plus in the USA.
