Mission: The Never Again Foundation's Mission is to: 1) Never Again deny victims access to justice; 2) Never Again allow an abuser to avoid financial accountability; 3) Never Again fail to send a strong message of deterence throughout society.
Programs: The never again foundation represented several victims of domestic violence homicide. We filed countless motions and attended numerous court hearing, trials and conferences in behalf of our clients and eventually won judgments to hold the killer accountable making sure they could not profit in any way. Several presentations were made at law schools as well as national conferences both in and out of state. The audience included law students, faculty, professors, lawyers, judges, paralegals, victim advocates as well as the general public. We also presented certain nfl teams with the effects of domestic violence on families, loved ones and even their career.
