Mission: The Network of East-West Women (NEWW) empowers women and girls throughout the East (Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe, the Newly Independent States and the Russian Federation) and the West through dialogue, networking, advocacy and educational exchanges. NEWW supports action and joint projects inspired by feminist principles. NEWW's overarching goal is to support the formation of independent women's movements - movements that foster the participation of women in all aspects of decision-making. NEWW's primary objective is to increase the capacity of women and women's NGOs to intervene effectively on policy regarding women's lives.
