With educational programs around the country and in Israel, designed to improve the role of professional chaplaincy, this group has made a significant impact on the field. In conjunction with the Spiritual Care Collaborative, NAJC has developed Standards of Practice, adopted a Code of Ethical Practices, along with Common Core Standards for Professional Chaplaincy certification.
