Mission: Our mission is to work for and with low and moderate income people to provide safe affordable housing and community-based economic opportunity so that our community may collectively and individually recognize its intrinsic value and realize its potential.
Programs: Low income housing projects completed in 2014. Finished renovations on various housing units, continue to provide low-income housing units for the community.

contract services for grant administration for various cities and other projects related to low income housing and several housing rehabilitations loan programs.
