Programs: Adult day care services - provides protected environment, assistance with personal care, nutritious meals, health and medication monitoring, activities for physical and mental stimulation, and specialized services for victims of alzheimer's disease. Provided 117,657 hours of care to 262 clients in 2014.
nutrition services - meals on wheels program provides home delivered meals. Senior dining sites provide hot, nutritious meals while the clients enjoy social interaction with peers and an opportunity to participate in informative programs, entertainment and group activities. Provided 3,038 clients with 393,327 meals in 2014.
transportation - provides transportation to adult day care and dining sites, as well as for medical appointments and shopping trips. Provided 119,852 one-way trips to 1,570 persons in 2014.
pharmacy - offers prescription drugs below existing market prices to uninsured and low-income individuals. Staff also provides free consultations and delivery of medications.
