Mission: We have been rescuing and caring for abandoned, abused and neglected animals for over 10 years. During this time we have paid for all medical, shelter and food with funds from our own pockets, however the need for our organization has grown much faster than our paychecks and we are in need of funds. These funds will cover all the expenses of caring for the 100+ permanent residents and the many more which we place in loving homes in addition to the wildlife which we are able to release.Our goals include implementing a low/no-cost spay/neuter and healthcare program for the low-income and elderly. We plan to offer brochures, booklets and seminars on how to select the right pet for an individual's/family's lifestyle and budget. We will also offer information on the importance of providing good diet,healthcare and the correct facilities for a pet.We feel the more education a person has, the better their choices will be and there will be fewer needs for places like ours.
