The CEO is totally clueless of how her administrators treat staff in all the states they provide services for. No opportunity for promotion if you are not in the inner circle of upper echelons of management. Management are not in line with the mission and values of organization; forms of racism and reverse discrimination are running rapid throughout. Feel sorry for the founder. Classic example of working the crap out of staff and paying them peanuts. Management Never take accountability for their own mistakes.

The CEO of this company pocketed $406K in 2010. BTW... That is more than the salary of the President of the United States of America. The management is all about money and not so much about the kids. BILLING BILLING BILLING of Medicaid is what it is all about and we the tax payers are paying that enormous salary of the CEO. When money gets tight they increase the demand on the workers to bill more and more, even when it is not benefiting the kids. Trust me on this, my wife left this company after they made her change diagnosis so that more could be billed to the tax payers.
