Mission: The national wilderness stewardship alliance is committed to providing education, resources, networking opportunities, and funding for volunteers and stewards of the national wilderness preservation system.
Programs: The nwsa co-hosts the annual wilderness workshop, a national gatherting of conservationists, volunteer, stewardship groups, land management agencies, and outdoor retailers that allow the wilderness stewardship community a chance to share ideas, learn from experts and one another, and work towards solutions on issues that affect wilderness stewardship.
