When my husband was advised by his doctor to receive the shingles vaccine, she provided me with concise facts from the NVIC reference page and information about the VAERS reporting system. When my child’s school requested he get up to date with his childhood vaccine, I immediately emailed National Vaccine Info Center to find a religious exempt form for the state of IL. I was surprised how quickly they responded to me with the link of where I could find the form. They really eased my stress and I was able to submit the form.

I’m thankful for organizations like this one.

We received a call at 9pm on a school night that our daughter could no longer attend school because a pertussis case had been reported and she had a religious exemption. I immediately reached out to the National vaccine information center to see if they had any advice. I was amazed at how quickly their team collected state specific information for us to present to our school. They were so knowledgeable and quick to answer our questions. I’m so thankful they were available and willing to help! I would’ve been lost without them, and our daughter was allowed to go back to school the following day!

I appreciate the work that NVIC does because they are a rare voice of reason in the informed consent debate over public vaccine requirements. NVIC recently replied to my email inquiry concerning which vaccines are covered under the 1986 Act. The response I received was very thorough and explained this complicated matter in a detailed manner. So refreshing to get such a response from a busy organization!!

NVIC is a great resource and trusted source for any vaccine information. It’s been very helpful most recently on learning the dangers of the HPV vaccine for my step daughter. Also, I read a lot of stories about other kids that were effected by the MMR vaccine, like my son. It really helped me realize the dangers of so many vaccines and the truth.

I have been familiar with Barbara Loe Fisher and the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) for well over 25 years. I am a health care professional and have told many of my patients about the NVIC. Many of them have questions about the vaccine schedule that their medical doctor or pediatrician do not address to their satisfaction, and very often they end up being fearful to ever ask again. NVIC gives them a place where they can find out truthful information without the fear of being shamed for questioning the status quo.
I don't put much stock into articles that are nothing but the author's opinion, but I download a lot of articles from "The Vaccine Reaction", which is published by NVIC. These articles all come with scientific references, which are footnoted. I learn a lot from the articles and use them to help educate interested patients.

I am SO grateful that the National Vaccine Information Center exists and they have been fearless in the face of so much hostility. They exist to keep the public informed reliably, not to "force" that information on people, but to give them alternatives to what the mainstream media is force-feeding the general population. I sincerely believe that the vast majority of people are grateful for options to the vaccine. This is NOT anti-vaxxing, but informed science based on much more truth than either the CDC or our NIH are giving us. I am especially grateful for how generous they are with their research and how committed they are to finding reputable and credible doctors and data.

The NVIC has helped me so much. Long before vaccines were such an obvious political hot topic, Barbara Lowe Fisher and her organization were steadfastly informing parents of the whole story of vaccines. By following her suggestions of looking into the actual effects of vaccines on children, I have seen parent after parent save their children from unwanted vaccine effects. Sadly, many of those who simply trusted that their doctors knew best now have children challenged with chronic illnesses, some minor some major. As a person who has worked with families and children my whole life, I can attest to the power of this organization's influence. I would summarize their message into this suggestion: Dont take anyone's word for what a vaccine is. Look at the evidence; all of it, before you allow your or your child's body to be injected with something that will bypass all the natural defenses our bodies have against foreign substances. With that information, make your own choice. It is your right as an individual and as a parent.

After my baby son had reactions to his Vaccines back in '76....his pediatrician suggested.....no more vaccines for your son. Long Story short.......I became a Alternative Practitioner who was guided to the NVIC. I believe they give the most Accurate / Up to Date Information on Vaccines that is available. MY EXPERIENCE WITH NVIC has been positive from the start. I can't say enough about how NVIC is serving our world.

You cannot rely on the AMA schooled doctors to provide you with accurate information about vaccines given their interwoven relationship with the pharmaceutical industry and government policy. Keep in mind that in 1994 Congress gave pharmaceutical companies iability immunity if a baby/patient suffered a vaccine injury. A life can be ruined and the government will not provide assistance and the family holds the bag. What a country. That is why NVIC is a must to educate you and your family to avoid injury. I know this first hand. And parents rights to choose for their children are being taken away and vaccines are being mandated. The Bolsheviks have taken control.

So much amazing information provided by this organization. Information that's very hard to find elsewhere due to the stigma around vaccine "questioning". THe NVIC provides well-sourced, reliable science about vaccine safety and efficacy. It's important to understand that all drugs have side effects and I support the right to know / informed consent which is currently not provided to most parents prior to vaccinations. I highly encourage parents to dig deep into the articles and information provided by the NVIC to determine if and when vaccinating their child with the current schedule of 72 shots before age 18 is the best choice for their child's health.

Every time I have contacted the NVIC via phone they have responded within the same day. I needed help because my son joined the Marines and didn't want any vaccines that contained aborted fetal tissue in them. NVIC helped me find the CDC's list of ingredients in vaccines along with the Military's Religious Exemption Form . NVIC even warned me that the military would not honor their own form. They were correct. My son, who was the leader of the 3 squad of his platoon was discharged before he reached week 5 of boot camp for signing the exemption form.

NVIC is my first choice for trusted vaccine information. The information is always current and relevant. Barbara Loe Fisher has tremendous presence and control bound with love and compassion in every interview, video and speaking engagement. I will continue to support their work on behalf of all children, adults and humanity to have informed consent and safe vaccines. NVIC continues their mission by staying focused on the human right to freedom of thought and conscience.

I'm so happy to have an organization like NVIC to be able to refer patients to. I have been following NVIC's journey since my almost 21 year old daughter was an infant. I was fortunate enough to be alerted about the dangers of vaccines by my mid-wife -- when I began to do my own due diligence I was horrified. Having dealt with autoimmune diseases since my first verifiable "flare" at 17 years old (which was exactly 17 days after at least my 6th tetanus shot) when I woke up nearly blind in both eyes from Iritis, I immediately felt very confident I had inadvertently discovered my answer. To make a long story short, when the ER doctor called in an ophthalmologist at 3 a.m. who immediately instructed us to meet him at the Dean A McGee Eye Institute, we knew it was serious. He said had we waited even hours longer, I definitely would have lost the vision permanently in at least one of my eyes. Anyway, I have been following their journey ever since my accidental discovery and am happy to say my daughter is completely 100% vaccine free and healthy as the proverbial horse. I will continue to follow them as well as believe in their mission statement until the whole world realizes that vaccines are NOT mandatory and they never should be!

I’m very opposed to vaccinations and feel very compelled that they should be fully informed to make their decisions whether or not to receive vaccines. Barbara Loe Fisher has been voicing her concerns and is very devoted to sharing updates. It’s a very personal choice, not government or doctors decisions. Why do they have booster shots?? Viruses are everywhere.

Please do NOT give to this harmful organization. They are spreading misleading and inaccurate information about vaccines. Due to organizations like this, the resources of our public health departments end up getting depleted fighting outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases and the resources of our school districts are wasted on fighting lawsuits with parents who have been misinformed by this organization. The tragedy of the Covid 19 pandemic will help reinforce the importance of a robust public health system and the need to make health decisions based on scientific evidence.

I'm a grandmother of three children (my daughter's kids) and my daughter and I are very concerned about vaccines and their adverse effects especially after my two oldest grandkids have been vaccinated and experienced some negative reactions. (although we didn't quite make the connections at the time) But thanks to some books and the NVIC, we are making better choices now. I contacted the National Vaccine Information Center seeking information concerning doctors in the Springfield Va area that would take unvaccinated children as patients. I am concerned with the ingredients in vaccines. Doctors usually give you the package insert AFTER your child has been vaccinated that details the possible side effects. Regardless of what a person's political beliefs are, if they live in America they know very well that pharmaceutical companies have released a great deal of most untrustworthy scientific literature about the safety and efficacy of their products. Vaccines are pharmaceutical products (!), yet the trend has been for each of these companies to be regarded by the totality of the general public as “the devil himself” when it comes to pills and to be regarded as angels when it comes to shots. I am a direct relative of a medical doctor who founded what is today one of the largest charities in the world, which has given untold numbers of vaccines around the world in an effort to eradicate infectious diseases. My relative could not have known about the problems with vaccines then, but we don't have that excuse today and that is partly because of the efforts of NVIC. I can tell readers plainly that vaccine manufacturing has *long* been one of the most dishonest industries in human history and that the government agencies promoting the shots in concert with that industry have done more than their share of regularly lying to the public.

The 1979 CBS 60 Minutes segment on the 1976 Swine Flu vaccine disaster was an excellent example of real journalism; I believe the mainstream news did that sort of thing infrequently then and never in more recent years. The industry knew that neurological injuries would result and released the shot anyway. That formula (foreknowledge of neurological damage → callous release of the product) has been repeated so many times in America that we are now reaching the point where the nation can be considered very significantly crippled by that factor alone.

Now here's another picture of honesty (I'm truly not being sarcastic) from the June 1st 1984 issue of the Federal Register, daily journal of the US government, regarding the live oral polio vaccine:

“However, although the continued availability of the vaccine may not be in immediate jeopardy, any possible doubts, whether or not well founded, about the safety of the vaccine cannot be allowed to exist in view of the need to assure that the vaccine will continue to be used to the maximum extent consistent with the nation’s public health objectives.” [1]

None of the people who mistakenly wrote 1-star reviews here can possibly refute the quotation I just used because it is straight out of the mouth of the US government—provably so. For this reason I implore those reviewers to delete their 1-star reviews until such a time as they have done some independent investigation (which necessarily means looking at both sides) rather than just repeating what we all were trained by the mainstream news to believe in.

Here I have only just given a couple of starting points for the reader so that he or she may begin to see the cracks in the edifice of immunology. Why should that be such a great surprise, when the official US health agencies openly refer to *next year*, 2020, as the beginning of the “post-antibiotic era” (their terminology, not mine)? Aside from vaccines, antibiotics *were* the other supposedly-wondrous allopathic intervention of the modern era.

We are living in a time when a few individuals have been using science (i.e. thorough control of what is published in scientific journals) and technology (i.e. the surveillance state) to perfect dictatorship. I'm not referring, primarily, to communist China. I'm referring to America.

Really, NVIC is actually far too moderate for my personal taste. They just promote free access to information about the risks and ostensible-though-not-actual 'benefits' of vaccines and they simply promote medical informed consent (which by definition is actually the freedom to refuse medical interventions for oneself or one's child). To use the words of Joel Wallach, DVM ND of Dead Doctors Don't Lie: “[Allopathic] doctors have legislated themselves into a protected monopoly.” Personally, I'm anti-vaccine. It took me years to get there. At first I made wimpy statements like: “I just want safe vaccines.” But anyone who has been studying this for a while knows as I do that (just as I said before) vaccine manufacturing has been one of the most dishonest industries in human history. That alone is more than enough to make a decision: if the industry is dishonest, then don't buy their products and inject your babies with them. But it seems to me that maybe the world has really needed organizations like NVIC (which appear to be rather moderate) because some people have had a tendency to reject the truth if the truth didn't sound very moderate at first. But that's only a tendency. I trust that people are maturing; they can handle the truth. So my difference with NVIC right now is mainly just a stylistic one. Now NVIC has long tracked the pending legislation in each state and sent out action alerts any time medical freedom (medical informed consent) was under attack. This is a very valuable service, and should be continued for as long as the would-be allopathic dictatorship may be expected to continue its steady march forward in enacting unfavorable state and federal legislation.

Medical kidnapping of children for the purposes of the three most tyrannical 'disciplines' in allopathic 'medicine' (oncology, immunology and psychiatry) has occurred in very large numbers here in America; medical kidnapping of adults has also occurred in large numbers. The problem has been much larger than the topic of vaccines and much larger than the field of medicine itself, but I would have to say that:

(a) I like and generally agree with the speeches I have heard by NVIC Director Barbara Loe Fisher and
(b) I value the informational services provided by NVIC including but not limited to what I described above

For these reasons, I give an overall thumbs up.

I was so grateful to find this wonderful organization, which serves parents into rightfully making an informed decision about the way their children should be treated by medical professionals. I am not against all vaccines but I am against them being given at such an early and short interval while the BBB is still forming and it’s fragile at the most.
I am glad that NVIC and Gina in particular gave me strength to change my Peds office by giving me information about doctors who don’t push on Big Pharma’s and CDC’s vaccine extensive schedules. I wish we could all wake up into a reality which controls healthy lifestyle choices instead of pushing us and our children into traumatic, chronic and lifelong negative consequences.

Dangerous nonprofit that has the sole goal of spreading fear and distrust about safe, life-saving treatments to overly-concerned parents trying to do right by their children. They seem to have an extremely tenuous understanding of basic scientific principles, and they flagrantly ignore overwhelming evidence disagreeing with their presuppositions while blindly accepting any rumor that confirms their hoax. No doubt this organization will directly lead to deaths of innocent children, and I can hardly think of a more detestable goal than that.

I had a question about a TB skin test - not a vaccine, but my request for information was followed up in less than 24 hours with helpful information!

Was a healthy 15 month old then i got the MMR vaccine and that changed my world. Please research before vaccines. I have cerebellitis due to the MMR shot. If my mom knew the risks or what not, i would never get vaccined probably. The doctors dont tell everything. Since i had that reaction my sister didn't get vaccined till now since she has kids, she in her 20's. Noone(doctors,etc) knew if it was genetic or not. Since then i have had many health issues including brain issues. I have to do physical therapy for my life. I have trouble with walking, talking, communication and daily activities. I am so grateful for NVIC and for speaking to Gina who was able to provide me with lists of doctors who will either delay or not insist upon vaccination for my new grandson. My son, who is now 29, had episodes of prolonged, inconsolable crying after each of his 3 DPT vaccines as an infant. Our pediatrician, at that time, dismissed it as not being significant and said, "Just give him some Tylenol." My son, who was a very healthy and strong infant when born, went on to have a delay in speech and toileting, along with constant crying, irritability and mood swings which have lasted to this day despite no further vaccinations and many holisitic interventions, for which I have had to pay out-of-pocket for as the AMA does not recognize most alternative treatments!

When I had a question on vaccines and the risk, I contacted NVIC and was provided with factual information that allowed me to make an informed decision. I had a question regarding my vaccine rights for my child, and the legal information that my pediatrician had me sign. The NVIC gave me exactly the answer and info that I needed to move forward. Speaking out of this topic is incredibly brave. Barbara's delivery and demeanor on the very loaded subject matter is spot on. Thanks to her for her tireless work. I became a mother almost six years ago and the question of vaccination plagued me. I found information through the National Vaccine Info Center that thankfully educated me to wait and research further before having my son vaccinated.

My decision has caused much controversy within my family and has received some harsh scrutiny from our former pediatrician’s office. My daughter had a reaction to her vaccines at 18 months, became lethargic after adm. of two vaccines, it frightened the heck out of me. I started my quest of learning all that I could about the pros and cons of all vaccines, becoming more informed. I have read tons of books ( read Dr. Sears) and have spent hours and years researching, and feel empowered and now informed to make an educated decision, moving forward in the future if and when I choose to vaccinate my family. Thanks to the NVIC, I was able to find answers on the Internet after my son's pediatrician described his adverse vaccine reaction as "normal". We were able to save him from further damage and also protect our daughter who was born 4 years later. We started asking for vaccine inserts and we discovered that we could get exemptions from vaccines in our state, even though the teachers and doctors told us we didn't have that option.

NVIC has played a central role in my activism over the past year. The Advocacy Portal informed me of vaccine related legislation in Rhode Island which empowered me to take action. On Saturday, I had a lengthy conversation with my congressman as well as many of his team members and a local reporter. There are so many causes in the world today. Many of them on face value seem good and worthwhile but you always wonder if the money you contribute it truly going to the cause they claim to represent. I was given the shingles and Prevnar13 on the same day and in the same arm 10 months ago. I still have side affects. Swelling in my arm up my throat, in my face and onto my other arm. I just had a great experience with Gina Bernazzani of NVIC. I had a question regarding immunization laws in the 1990s, and although there were no relevant records in the NVIC files, Gina went out of her way to search for other sources that could be useful. I had tried searching online myself and found nothing, so Gina must have really worked hard to find these three different documents. Kudos to Gina for being so dedicated to public health!

I contacted the NVIC twenty years ago when my son whom I thought had totally recovered from autism became very ill again following a measles booster shot. I have followed their work ever since. The National Vaccine Information Center has been a reliable and accurate source of support and information for me raising my children, as each vaccine has to be evaluated based upon its risk/benefit. I never would have known the "other side of the story" - how many vaccine damaged children are really out there. I was first introduced to NVIC 5 years ago at a Conference in Virginia. The entire organization from top to bottom is run with integrity. I had emailed NVIC inquiring if they knew why animal vaccines do NOT contain adjuvants, even with multiple dose vials. There is no mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, etc. in animal vaccines.
Also it is interesting to note that AVMA policy is now to only vaccinate every 3 yrs. It had been yearly. Titers to measure antibodies are also often used in pets, to determine if vaccine is actually 'needed'. It appears that vet med is more concerned with the welfare of their animal patients and/or their owners.
NVIC was very prompt in sending a helpful reply to my email.

I have been reading and connecting with wonderful data from NVIC for many, many years, now. I recommend them to people frequently. This site is all about information. They even have a list of 8 vaccine risk questions to ask. For example, one would never vaccinate a person who is sick. That is contra-indicated by medical protocol. Somehow some doctors will do this, but as a patient or a parent you can insist on waiting until you or your child, whoever is being vaccinated, are well. That is just one, there are a total of 8 questions to ask. NVIC is awesome.

I don't know where I would be if I hadn't found NVIC. They were a lantern of hope on a dark night (that lasted years).

I trusted the medical profession deeply and did what I was told. I like following the rules. It's safe, normal. I took pharmaceuticals without question. After the vaccine reaction, the confusion was horrible. Then, the betrayal deep.

I was told that "Vaccines are safe and effective," not that vaccine manufacturers became immune from financial liability in 1986 (OVER a decade before my child was born) because lawsuits for devastating vaccine damage were too costly for the corporations to bear. The vaccine that caused all this financial turmoil? The precursor to the vaccine that hurt my child. (No, it wasn't the MMR.)

Did any of my doctors tell me these things? No, NVIC did.

NVIC works tirelessly. Their stamina is INCREDIBLE. This is a great organization focused on the transparency of information regarding vaccines. Vaccines are medical interventions that come with mild to serious side effects that are constantly downplayed. Not everything in the medical world can be applied to every individual safely without consequence. At this point there are people in our government claiming that forcefully mandating every CDC recommended vaccine for everyone is a "Greater Good" must. For those who have been injured by vaccines or witnessed a family member suffer this is an insult to their experience and is reckless considering future complications to fellow members of our society who are indeed part of the "Greater Good".
