I am so grateful for this organization, if it wasn't for them, I couldn't have been able to afford to have Layla neutered and the rabies vaccination! Everyone there was so kind, caring and understanding! God bless this organization! Deborah Pass

They took great care of our Lola. The were informative through the entire process and were even able to quickly schedule a follow up visit to address some concerns.

I took my female dog to get her spayed. I was greeted by a very sweet lady. These people are very nice and perform a great job with spay and neuter surgeries. My dog did great, she healed with no difficulties. Thank you sweet folks for the care you provided. A great place to have your pet spayed or neutered!

What a refreshing experience. I just moved to the south from Colorado and decided to take my beloved, rescued dog, Bill, in for a checkup as well as vaccines, heart worm meds and flea and tick treatment. The facility was calm, clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The overall cost of all of these services was shockingly low. I'm so thankful a new friend recommended this clinic. Thanks, girls!

I left our dog there to get spayed, & we were told they would bring our dog back 12 hrs later. Instead we got a phone call saying they lost our dog, that she ran away. Her name is Molly & she is our baby. We are just so broke hearted !

We are so happy Molly is home safe. Molly became frightened when we were putting her in the kennel in our transport vehicle, she ran to a field with some woods across the street. Thanks to our staff and our neighboring business' staff, clients and Molly's family we were able to get her home safely.

Im glad that everyone else has had a wonderful experience with this place. I have not unfortunately had a terrible experience. My dogs are mine and my husbands babies. We recently just adopted a lab from the shelter which is required she be spayed. I have the spay set up with another place but i wanted to see if there was cheaper vaccinations around so i called here. I was put on hold for 6 minutes and then when answered i got a HELLLOOO already not settling well. I tried to get the price but when i became a bit confused on what she was saying versus what my paper said trying to get answer before driving everywhere. The lady on the phone told me she was to busy and click. I will NOT be taking my babies here and if you truly love your pets i would consider other places. Just moving back from Houston Texas is a world of difference dogs are much more loved there. I will be paying 100 for Gabbies vaccinations versus whatever theres is. Attitude is everything!!! Treat patients with respect.

I had two kittens spayed and neutered here. They got me in on the day I requested. I was surprised I didn't have to wait. Check-in was easy, and I liked that I could pick them up the same day and take them home. Both did very well with the surgery and healed quickly. This was MUCH easier and more convenient than the super busy spay and neuter clinic in Chattanooga. Plus the price was great!

NSAF has been working with the TNR feral cat program at Dalton State and enabled us to spay/neuter 6 of our feral cat colony. They have been very flexible with us and allowed us to bring our trapped cats in with little notice. Without their support our program would not be a success

We adopted a rescue puppy who came down with Parvo. NSAF was so kind to our Reece and to us. We are so scared that she was not going to make it but they walked us thru step by step what to do and how to help her. She is now fully recovered. Been back to get her third set of shots and has been spayed. Their entire staff was very helpful even though I ask a million and one questions. We are so lucky to have affordable health care for our pets in this area!

I've been very happy to see them open a store-front this year. I have used them to get a puppy spayed when I just couldn't afford to get it done at my vet's office. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they did a great job with the spay. I also love that they work with rescues to provide good care to the organizations that are trying to help animals but are usually strapped for cash. All around, clean environment, great people and great place!
