Mission: Develop and foster the sport of rugby with a focus on the teams of small colleges and universities through the united states.
Programs: The national small college rugby organization is in its first year (short year) and during the fiscal year being reported on there were currently no program service accomplishments to report on. The organization was trying to identify contributors to plan the budget for the upcoming 2017-2018 season. The majority of expenses relate to independent contractors for establishing a program which at the time had not been established.
