A meeting was scheduled in january 2016 to discuss collaborations that offer education programs. Funds provided in 2015 were also used to establish a md professorship of surgery in the field of regenerative therapeutics at harvard medical school.
the foundation established rongxiang xu regenerative life science laboratory. In 2016, the usc leonard davis school of gerontology launched multicultural creative arts in senior living environment(mcasle) initiative to promote the science and practice of creative aging. The laboratory is partnering with the mcasle to support the initiative's project as its social arm of research.
rongxiang xu bioscience center was established in 2016. The center is to be operated by california state university, los angeles and partially funded by the us department of commerce to support entrepreneur enterprises. The center will host labiostart bootcamp, which will provide participants with skills needed to compete in the bioscience industry.
