Mission: The organization was created by the international association of bridge, structural, ornamental and reinforcing ironworkers, afl-cio, in coordination with the bureau of indian affairs, u. S. Department of labor, to provide a certified pre-apprenticeship training program to eligible native americans.

Programs: Provided 11-week ironworkers vocational training programs, financial assistance, work clothes, tools, and job apprenticeship placement services to eligible native americans.
