The assessment translates to requirements of privale sector, government, and non-government organizations. The comprehensive assessment defines a community, evaluates a community's strengths and weaknesses, idendifies critical infrastructure and key resources, identifies the threats to the community from an all hazard perspective, prioritizes critical infrastucture/key resources and provides a comprehensive vulnerability assessment.
