Disappointing nonprofit trying to pull the wool over your eyes., They are not transparent about who they receive money from and what that money is spent on.....themselves. They forgot what their mission is.
The National Alliance for Eating Disorders does such incredible work- they are kind, helpful, and sensitive to everyone who walks in their doors or attends their support groups. They're doing such amazing work by supporting those who struggle with eating disorders and their families, and they are an invaluable resource and ally to the community!
It was wonderful to see how the Alliance really seeks out the best solutions for the people they help. The people at the Alliance are very friendly, caring, and passionate about giving the best service they can. They will do whatever they can to help anybody struggling with an eating disorder.
The Alliance does such valuable work across the country! I am so impressed with how many populations their advocacy, treatment, and training services are offered to. Eating Disorders are on the rise, they are debilitating, and they affect so many people. I am happy that The Alliance is helping those affected and advocating for change. The community is so warm and welcoming, and they truly care about helping people.
This nonprofit is a place that truly cares about its staff and the community around us. There are many events that take place to educate and help so many people! This place has changed my life for the better and I am so thankful to be apart of this organization
From my perspective, this non-profit offers a variety of therapeutic resources at a very affordable price for those who come from a low income background. The weekly support groups, allow for family/friends to educate themselves, as well as have another support system to navigate the challenges they face with their loved ones. Therapy sessions as low as 5-25$ depending on income is very lenient , and i've never known of a association to do this. The alliance offers referral options, and other educational programs/webinars like "Dare to Love Yourself" & Southern Smash. I hope more people can learn about the Alliance as I have because it is a tremendous resource that can help a surplus of individuals.
The Alliance is an incredible nonprofit organization that is deeply dedicated to its mission. Every staff member is passionate about what they do and also very friendly, creating a wonderful and welcoming environment. They offer valuable internships and volunteer opportunities that really help people gain an understanding of the importance of spreading eating disorder awareness. The psych services they offer are invaluable resources to the community, and I truly believe that The Alliance is doing important work that benefits so many!

The Alliance is an amazing organization with compassionate and knowledgeable staff. They provide up to date information about eating disorders but also focus on mental health and well-being. Their advocacy and outreach efforts span the globe. I am honored to be a part of its endeavors!
The Alliance is an incredible organization dedicated to making recovery inclusive, accessible, and effective. They offer so many wonderful resources, for example, free support groups for individuals as well as families and loved ones. No matter who you talk to at The Alliance, each and every one of their staff, interns, and volunteers are passionate and dedicated to the cause and taking action to positively impact people's lives.
The Alliance is incredible and everyone who works with them is extremely passionate about spreading awareness and increasing access to care for those struggling with eating disorders along with supporting their families. The Alliance provides so many necessary services both within the eating disorder community and for everyone in the US. The staff work tirelessly to provide treatment, referrals, and support groups for those suffering from an eating disorder both local in Florida and anywhere in the US. Their support groups are moderated by a panel of trained professionals and they offer groups for current patients, people in recovery, and people who are supporting loved ones with an ED. They have teams of staff focused on every area of ED support and diet culture awareness, from legislation to community events to education at every level (middle school up to medical professionals). Everyone here is committed and passionate about what they do, and all of their services are excellent.
This organization is vital in raising funds to start and maintain free of charge support groups for those that struggle with eating disorders.
The Alliance for Eating Disorders Awareness is an amazing organization! They allow for people everywhere to get involved with spreading eating disorder awareness. They also hold free support groups throughout the week on a variety of different topics, such as for Friends and Family, Pro-Recovery, and LGBTQ+. FindEDHelp.com has been an amazing new resource for people to find eating disorder care quickly and easily, with knowledge that it is a reliable source. Love The Alliance!!
